**1. Introduction** This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User” or “You”) and McNeil Admissions LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). The Company’s registered address is PO Box 615, Olga, WA 98279 and contact email is [contact@admitreport.com](mailto:contact@admitreport.com). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Admit Report website (the "Service"). BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THIS USER AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. **2. Eligibility** The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement. If you access the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement. **3. Use of the Service** The Service is provided to you for personal and educational purposes only. Any commercial use of the Service is strictly prohibited. **4. Intellectual Property** All content provided through the Service, including, but not limited to text, data, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, links, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is owned by the Company or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted herein to the Service and the Content, as defined below. **5. User Data** The Company collects, uses, stores, and transfers your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. **6. Prohibited Activities** You may not engage in any activities that: a) Infringe on the rights of the Company or any other person. b) Are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially, or ethnically offensive, or instigate or encourage conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violent crimes. c) Involve publishing falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements. d) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. **7. Copyright Infringement** The Company employs certain measures to detect and address the infringement of its copyrighted material. If you believe that anything on the Service infringes any copyright that you own or control, you may notify the Company’s Designated Agent as follows: Designated Agent: Pivotal Law, Seattle Washington. Please see 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) for the requirements of a proper notification. **8. Modifications** The Company may revise this Agreement from time to time and the most current version will be posted on the Service. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you. **9. Termination** The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion. **10. Governing Law** This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. **11.
